By accessing or using MemeTrade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Service Description

MemeTrade is a platform that allows users to create, trade, and share meme-based cryptocurrency tokens ("memecoins") for entertainment purposes. The platform:

• • Enables creation of ERC20 tokens based on user-uploaded memes
• • Facilitates trading through Uniswap v4 protocol integration
• • Provides a marketplace for discovering and trading memecoins
• • Operates on the Base blockchain network
• • Integrates with Coinbase Smart Wallet for user convenience

Entertainment Purpose Only

User Accounts and Wallets

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• • All activities that occur through your wallet
• • Ensuring you have sufficient funds for transactions and fees
• • Complying with the terms of service of your wallet provider

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our permission
• • Attempt to manipulate token prices or engage in market manipulation
• • Create tokens using copyrighted material without proper authorization
• • Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
• • Impersonate any person or entity
• • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Policy

All content uploaded to MemeTrade must comply with our content guidelines:

Prohibited Content

• • Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• • Adult or sexually explicit content
• • Violence, threats, or dangerous activities
• • Copyrighted material without proper rights
• • Spam or misleading information
• • Content that violates app store policies

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it through our Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and use all content you submit.

Our Service

The MemeTrade platform, including its design, functionality, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please contact us at copyright@memetrade.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

Fees and Payments

Creating a memecoin on MemeTrade requires a fee of 0.005 ETH. This fee:

• • Covers the costs of smart contract deployment and platform operation
• • Helps fund content moderation required by app store policies
• • Is non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain

Additional network fees (gas fees) may apply for blockchain transactions and are determined by Base, not MemeTrade.

Risks and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• • Continuous availability of the Service
• • The value or performance of any memecoins
• • Protection against technical failures or security breaches
• • Accuracy of token information or market data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeTrade and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• • Use or inability to use the Service
• • Loss of funds, tokens, or other assets
• • Security breaches or technical failures
• • Actions of third parties or other users
• • Market volatility or token value changes

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Note that blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed even if your access is terminated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MemeTrade is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
